The organizations of the Party of primary level are essential parts of the Party. In recent years, the environments and tasks and their conditions of primary public institutions have taken significant changes. It is a new problem to those primary public institutions on their work of party building that how to meet the requirements of new tasks according to temporary situations and maintain effection of their core function of party organizations. Some detailed and practical suggestions and countermeasures are presented for improving the work of party organization of public institutions on party building. <<
