As a cell of the body of city, community is an important link and bridge of community residents and their governments. To cultivate self governing of community is both the core and goal for community construction and an essential part of construction of social democracy. Compared the economic development of Yuexiu District with other centre districts, its community democracy construction is obviously lagging, with the defects on lacking of self governing of community, a tendency of administrative way of working in community, and residents' short of the conscious of participation in the democracy of self governing ect. In order to inspire the energy of primary organizations, we should keep on innovating the management of social service of primary organizations and keep pace with the New-type Urbanization, and explore the countermeasures on the autonomy of community, construction of neighbourhood committee, cultivation of social organizations, and harmonization all kinds of relationship and interests in community. <<
