With the rapid transformation of the pattern of economic development in Huangpu District of Guangzhou, and tremendous changes taking place in the economic structure, style of culture, way of living, and social values which lead fast and comprehensive transformation of society, social thoughts become multiple, diversified, and variable, and the activity of thoughts of people become more and more independent, selective, variable and diversified which tends to lead to value deviation, psychological imbalance, and ideological confusion and cause to social conflicts if not settle well. Through this investigation, we have understood the ideological status of diversified groups and the major problems under this period of social transformation, found out the deep causation, and explored new ways of ideological education to improve our education and guidance for the ideological stability of the diversified groups in our district in the period of social transformation. <<
