This paper studies on public facilities in cities, which sets forth temporary situations and problems of the public facilities of Guangzhou in her new-style Urbanization process through comparisons with other big cities both domestic and abroad, and then concludes some countermeasures to perfect the planning, constructing, and management of the public facilities in Guangzhou after drawing experiences from the advanced cities and the work of public facilities constructing of Guangzhou this year. <<
