Some progress has made on promoting social service team building and street "one team, three centers" social management reform in Liwan District of Guangzhou, while some problems still exist in the innovation and reform. After an analysis to all these problems and in order to further promote the innovation in Liwan District, some efforts should be made including innovation of social management in the district, reforming governmental function, reinforcement of pilot projects of administrative system reform, innovation of social organization management, social service team building, innovation the work of social conflicts resolution, innovation the management of social stability, innovation of social security, innovation of virtual society, and innovation of welfare maintance. <<
