Since 2012, new media in China have maintained steady and rapid development. With various new applications and services emerging, the number of Internet users, especially mobile users have remarkably increased. Big data, microblog, Wechat, cloud computing, mobile Internet have penetrated all fields and become the main focus in the development of China's new media. All these will affect many aspects of social development more widely and deeply. At the same time, the development of China's new media will face many problems which need to be solved, such as the protection of personal information, business model innovation, as well as digital security. How to solve these problems is crucial to the health and fast development of new media in China.
