Developed countries' aims of developing green economy is to get rid of the financial crisis and seize the highlands of international industrial competition. For China industrial development,the rising of global green economy means opportunity as well as challenge. On the one hand,the green economy provides an opportunity to improve the international competitiveness of China's industries,On the other hand,developed countries' green economy may worsen the external environment of China's industrial development,and weaken the position of China industries in the global value chain. China has to take measures to reduce the adverse effects to the minimum as soon as possible. <<
