    汽车工业竞争力

    摘要

    汽车贸易竞争力指数连续三年小幅下降,随着国内市场需求明显放缓,中国汽车工业提升产业竞争力的迫切性更为凸显。当前中国汽车产业竞争力提升面临以下几个方面的问题与挑战:中国汽车产业仍处于全球价值链的低端;自主品牌面临严峻挑战;自主研发与创新能力亟待提高;以合资模式与限制竞争为特征的汽车产业政策不利于竞争力的提升;在主要出口市场面临贸易壁垒提升等新的挑战。中国应积极改善市场竞争环境,促进汽车企业提升自主研发和创新能力,推动汽车工业信息化的深化和发展。 <<

    Abstract

    Trade Competitiveness Index declined slightly for the past three years,and as the domestic market demand was slowing down,it is more urgent to enhance industrial competitiveness of China's auto industry. There were five main problems challenging China's auto industry competitiveness upgrading. Firstly,the Chinese automotive industry located at the low end of the global value chain. Secondly,Chinese own brand faced serious challenges. Thirdly,independent research and development and innovation capability needs to be improved. Fourthly,automotive industry policy characterized by joint-venture and restriction of competition is not conducive to the enhancement of the competitiveness. Fifthly,there are more challenges of the barriers to trade in major export markets. So China neads to take the follwing measures to deal with the above challenge to do. Firstly,the market competition environment should be improved actively. Secondly,more attention should be paid to enhance R & D and innovation of the auto companies. Finally,more affords should be taken to promote the development of information technology in automotive industry. <<
