It is a complicated procedure, from farmland to table production, to export food. And security crisis in food export, going with features of on-purpose speculation, wide range influence, significant diffusion, easily convertible discrimination and politicization, complicated disposal process and long-term elimination, is always effected by multiple domestic and international factors. China, however, explored a successful path in recent years through great efforts by both the government and the competent authorities, which was eventually found through the proactive and flexible use of international rules in responding and solving export food safety crises such as the poultry exports to the EU, the kimchi exports to South Korea and the dichlorvos-poisoned green beans exports to Japan.
