    出口食品安全危机事件及其应对

    摘要

    出口食品从农田到餐桌生产是个复杂的过程,出口食品安全危机的产生受国内外多方面因素的影响,出口食品安全危机具有人为炒作、影响范围广、扩散效应显著、歧视性、易被政治化、处置过程复杂和消除时间长等特性,近几年来我国发生了输欧盟禽肉、输韩国泡菜和出口日本青刀豆含敌敌畏事件等多起出口食品安全危机事件,我国政府与主管部门在出口食品安全危机事件应对中既积极主动又灵活运用国际规则,探索走出了一条成功之路。 <<

    Abstract

    It is a complicated procedure, from farmland to table production, to export food. And security crisis in food export, going with features of on-purpose speculation, wide range influence, significant diffusion, easily convertible discrimination and politicization, complicated disposal process and long-term elimination, is always effected by multiple domestic and international factors. China, however, explored a successful path in recent years through great efforts by both the government and the competent authorities, which was eventually found through the proactive and flexible use of international rules in responding and solving export food safety crises such as the poultry exports to the EU, the kimchi exports to South Korea and the dichlorvos-poisoned green beans exports to Japan. <<
