The future of China's trust industry is to return to the trust service business source. However, the reality of the trust supervision system is not effective cooperation. In order to solve the problem, this article analyzes the general distorted situation of China's trust industry management and supervision system, and its history causes. And by the contrast between the foreign mature model and domestic case, we reveal the current key problems and solutions to China's trust industry supervision.
