    文化上市企业发展情况分析:以北京市文化上市企业为例

    摘要

    本文主要对我国文化企业上市后的情况进行分析,认为文化企业上市后总体发展情况与上市前相比取得了明显成绩;但是与行业发展情况、沪深股市其他板块发展情况相比,优势并不突出。我国文化企业上市后发展不理想的主要原因是现行文化管理体制的滞后、采编经营两分开的上市模式、缺乏激励机制等。本文认为,要激发文化上市企业的发展活力、实现其上市的根本目的,必须进一步深化文化体制改革,尤其应在文化企业的市场化发展程度上做出进一步探索。 <<

    Abstract

    This paper mainly analyzes the situation of cultural enterprises after listed and holds the point that the overall development of listed cultural enterprises scored remarkable achievements compared to that of unlisted. However, when compared with the development of industries and other plates of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets, their advantage is not prominent. The main reasons why cultural enterprises in China performed poorly after listed are the lagging of current cultural management system, separate listing modes of gathering and editing and operation, as well as lack of incentive mechanism etc. In order to stimulate vitality of listed cultural enterprises and achieve the fundamental purpose of their listing, reform of the cultural system has to be further deepened; especially the development of marketization of cultural enterprises should be made further exploration. <<
