On the practical basis of development of cyber culture, this paper analyses the theoretic constitution of internet cultural power, and practically analyses the condition of Beijing's internet cultural power in view of basic elements, internet environment and its application, internet cultural industry and enterprises, digital content and its competitive force, effects of cyber culture, extended functions of internet culture. At last, this article proposes some countermeasure and suggestion for the development of Beijing's internet cultural power. <<
