The paper investigates and summarizes the economic incentive of household garbage sorting and reducing in Shanghai and evaluates the effect of economic incentive quantitatively and qualitatively. The authors try to point that even though economic incentive is important for the household garbage sorting and reducing, it can-not be adopted alone. It should be suitable and penetrated with mandatory laws in order to attain the achievement. <<
