This report, based on a questionnaire investigation on the protection of personal information carried out among various business enterprises' employees, analyzes many problems existing in the protection of personal information by enterprises, including defective institutions, poor awareness among employees, and non-standard handling of personal information within enterprises, and offers suggestions on improving the legal system for the protection of personal information. <<
