本文总结了2012年中国在立法、法治政府、司法改革、刑事法治、廉政法治、社会法治、民商法治、国际贸易法治等方面取得的进展，分析了存在的问题，并就2013年中国法治发展的形势以及推动法治发展需要着力解决的问题进行了探讨。 <<

Abstract

This article summarizes the progresses made by China in developing the rule of law in the fields of legislation, government administration, judicial reform, criminal justice, construction of an honest and clean government, social law, civil and commercial law, and international trade law, analyzes the existing problems, and explores the trends of the development of the rule of law as well as the key issues to be resolved in the further development of the rule of law for 2013. <<
