    我国动漫法规政策的发展及其产业效果评价

    摘要

    近三个世纪文化与科技融合始终没有停息。中国在西方科技文明的影响下走过百年历程,政治、经济、文化、社会发生广泛而深刻的变化。科技对艺术必然产生影响。“科技现代化”改变了表演场所,也改变了艺术生产方式,舞台技术衍生新的舞台叙事语言,舞台艺术与舞台技术融合构筑了新的舞台叙事模式和表演方式。在文化与科技融合的世界性趋势下,我国“科技”推动演出业“四重转型”,促进演出业生产关系重构和演出市场供需关系重建。院团体制改革遭遇历史必然的同时,传统文化面临现代化解构,舞台艺术面临娱乐化解构,技术变革中“剧场闲置”,制度变革中“院团恐企”,文化变迁中“艺术需求疲软”,整个演出业面临“艺术与技术”、“传统与创新”、“文化与市场”的现实挑战。在生态现代化和国家战略转型赋予剧院文化全新使命的同时,演出业的机遇与挑战、问题与使命从某种程度上正在反映我国文化业态的现实境遇。 <<

    Abstract

    Culture and technology integration has never been stopped during these recent three centuries. Under the influence of western scientific and technological civilization, China has gone through a hundred years of journey. Thus, the politics, economy, culture and society in China have been changed deeply and widely. Therefore, science and technology will influence on art inevitably. "Technological modernization" has changed the performance arena, which has also changed the way of artistic production. The stage technique derived a new narrative language, and the integration of stagecraft and stage technique built the new mode of stage narrative and performance style.Under the global trend of culture and technology integration, "technology" in our country has pushed "quadruple transition" of performance industry, which promoted the relation reconfiguration of performances production and reconstruction of the relationship between the supply and demand in the performance market. Troupes' system reform has suffered a historical necessity. Meanwhile, the traditional culture faces modern deconstruction, the stagecraft faces entertainment deconstruction, "idle theatres " due to technological change, "troupes fear enterprise" due to institutional change, and "art demand weakly " due to cultural change, thus the whole performance industry faces the real challenges in "art and technology", "tradition and innovation" and "culture and market". The ecological modernization and national strategic transformation endow a new mission to theatre culture. At the same time, the opportunity, challenge, issue and mission from performance industry are reflecting the real situation of cultural industry in China. <<
