Henan as China’s most important grain producing area，shoulders the important responsibility of ensuring national food security. Recently，Henan province formally approved the first professional agricultural insurance companies—China Agricultural Insurance Company’s establishment，marking the Henan province agriculture especially grain industry development to “accelerate the finance”. Based on this，this paper based on analyzing the main cereal crops in Henan insurance development present situation，analysis of agricultural insurance in Henan to promote the process of existing problems，and puts forward the coping strategies of. Finally，to explore and Prospect of the future development direction of Henan main grain crop insurance.
