Industry linkage and region linkage are two important economic phenomenons in grographic space，and there is a rigorous logical deduction relation between them. Industry linkage as material linkaging carrier，which is an important logic foundation for the emerging of region linkage；region linkage as a spatial operation mode of economic phenomenon，which is an important consequence of space-time deduction of industry linkage. Selecting Shenyang Economic Zone as an example，adopting the deductive analysis method that as theory to demonstration，discussing the deduction law of industry linkage to region linkage and the evolution process of Shenyang Economic Zone. The conclusion indicated that：the deduction law of industry linkage to region linkage is an important theoretical basis which dominates the upgrowth of Shenyang Economic Zone，through the historical accumulation of industry linkage in different periods，facilitating the evolution of region linkage which has the characterization of economic correlation，social correlation， institutional correlation，spatial correlation，the regional development has broken the cooperation in economic field in which the industry linkage is dominant，gradually in to the region linkage period that is multi-dimensional comprising economy，society，system and space，economic integration，social integration，institutional integration and spatial integration is the subjective direction of the regional development in future. <<
