With rapid development of China's culture industry in recent years, cultural equity exchanges arises at this historic moment. The cultural system reform provides plenty of space for the development of culture industry and cultural property transactions. However,the carrier of cultural property transactions,the culture assets and equity exchange, these newborn things presented an unpeaceful destiny path from its first day. This paper attempts preliminary inquiry on the developing direction for cultural equity exchanges based on the analysis of the development, current situation of China's cultural equity exchanges and research on the countermeasures to its difficulties to come. <<
