当前,我国正处于经济新常态下转型发展的关键时期,战略性产业的转型升级成为人们普遍关注的热点问题。贵州支柱产业旅游业如何适应和应对经济新常态的挑战,打好产业转型升级这场硬仗,是一项迫切需要研究和解决的重大课题。本文立足经济新常态宏观背景,首先从现实、政策、理论三个维度阐明贵州旅游业转型升级的依据;然后对贵州旅游业转型升级的基础条件进行了辩证分析,认为旅游业转型升级既有资源优势、规模优势、品牌优势、交通优势等良好基础和有利条件支撑,又面临着基础设施和配套设施不健全、业态不够丰富、产业集聚程度低、从业人员素质参差不齐等矛盾和问题的掣肘;最后探索了贵州旅游业转型升级的必由之路,提出旅游业转型升级必须走产业融合化、产业集群化、产业生态化、产业信息化和产业民本化的道路。
<<There is a diverse cultural resources in Guizhou province with many races and mountains,which have many unique and distinct advantages in culture. So,to use the soft power advantages of culture to achieve the goal of strong province,it must find advantages of Guizhou culture and avoid the disadvantages,and measure the culture with scientific methods and systems. Therefore,it is very important to study and develop the index system of strong culture province in Guizhou province. With the concept of powerful cultural country put forward on the eighteenth congress as the policy basis,this report studies the development of index system of strong cultural province in Guizhou,combined with the actual development of Guizhou culture.
