Yuqing county in Zunyi city of Guizhou province explored its own successful experiences with distinctive characteristics of the times：solve the problems in their relevant government departments when strengthening the social governance innovation，which is beneficial to maintain social harmony and stability. Based on these experiences，this report explores the social governance innovation mechanism taking “Four Aspects in Rural”“Service-oriented Party Organization” as its carrier and further summarizes the new experiences which is suitable for Guizhou reality. Meanwhile，this report analyzes the implications of Yuqing experiences to improve social governance in whole province，which will better service for the social governance innovation and practices.
