Taking the European practice of cultural governance policy as an example, this paper analyzes the theoretical background, the characteristics and the practical experiences of cultural governance. Facing the difficulties of China's cultural management, this paper presents some suggestions on the reform of cultural management, including expanding the populace cultural access channels, improving cultural participation, and making cultural policies more scientific, standardized, and democratic. <<
