广东拥有我国最大的陶瓷生产基地。广东陶瓷产业面临着国内低碳经济规制和国外反倾销壁垒的双重压力,并存在生产价值链低端困境、自主创新能力不强、品牌竞争力不强、专业人才不足等问题。本报告通过分析广东陶瓷产业集群发展现状,利用波特“钻石模型”,探索广东陶瓷产业贸易转型升级的动力机制,挖掘可持续发展的关键要素,分析得出广东陶瓷产业贸易转型升级的动力机制由技术创新机制、营销优化体系、市场服务体系、低碳经济体系、政府支持体系构成。本报告最后从企业和政府两个层面分别提出了广东陶瓷产业贸易转型升级的建议。
<<As the largest ceramics production base in China,Guangdong has been trapped in dilemma of low-carbon economy and anti-dumping. Problems have become increasing clear,such as serious brain drain,insufficient capability of independent innovation,predicament of low end of the value chain weak brand competitiveness,etc. Based on the analysis of the current development situation of Guangdong ceramic industry cluster,this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong ceramic trade industry by “Diamond Model” theory,and points out that the dynamic mechanism consists of technical innovation mechanism,marketing optimization system,market service system,government low carbon economy system and support system. Finally,corresponding suggestions are proposed respectively for the enterprises and government.
