By studying the Japanese current policies for food，agriculture and rural areas and based on prior experience，this article does research into various problems faced by Japanese agricultural land policy.In this article，the author focuses his analysis on the changes in policies for food，agriculture and agricultural land，makes predictions of the restructuring of Japanese agriculture and agriculture policies and gives his outlook for the tendency of Japanese policies for food，agriculture and agricultural land.
