In the year 2014，the innovation of Beijing’s finance and culture development manifests in the following ways like transformation of financial investment，the advancement of financial support of culture and active capital acquisitions. Nevertheless，there are some problems like the lack of marketization and equalization of cultural investment，deficiency of laws and regulations in internet culture and finance and excessive transboundary acquisitions，which may result in the lost of characters of creative & culture industries. Beijing should establish the market-based operation model of cultural financial investment，explore the institution of connection of internet finance and creative & culture industries and promote the organic synthesis of creative & culture industries and traditional entrepreneurs.
