The public library is an important part of the capital public cultural service system，and has played an important role in promoting cultural development，transfering knowledge and protecting cultural heritage etc. In recent years，with the development of public cultural service system，the district public library has received more and more attention from all levels of Beijing government. This report uses the DEA（Data Envelopment Analysis） method to analyze the operation efficiency of Beijing district public libraries，and puts forward relevant suggestions.
