The animation industry cluster in Shenzhen has begun to achieve scale after a long period of development and its competitiveness is growing fast. But there are still three problems: firstly, the industry chain is not complete enough; secondly, the cluster function needs to be improved; finally, most of the companies are lack of originality. In order to promote the development of the animation industry cluster in Shenzhen, the enterprises should find the profit model which is in line with their own development, the government should take the protection of intellectual property rights as the core, strengthen personnel training and make full use of the opportunities from informatization, digitization, and networked era background to establish virtual national animation industry cluster which is linked by "organization close". <<
