With the integration of culture and technology, a batch of Chinese cultural and technological enterprises grow rapidly, becoming the leading power with international competitiveness in Chinese culture industry. However, compared with America and the European countries, Chinese culture industry just starts. Cultural and technological enterprises with international influence and competitiveness are few. What kind of business model and development strategies that should be taken by those corporations have aroused public concern. This essay adopts the method of first researching on the business model and the development strategies of the enterprises. Firstly, two typical cultural and technological enterprises, A8 and Tencent, whose business models are analyzed under the "3-4-8" business model. Secondly, a contrast is made between the business models of the two companies and their general characters are summarized. Lastly, this essay aims to provide some references and inspirations for Chinese cultural and technological enterprises.
