The trend of the aging of the population and family structure miniaturization, home-based elder care get more and more recognition. Beijing has done a lot of exploration and practice of home-based elder care. Based on the actual of Exurb counties in Beijing , this study analyze the plight and problems of home-based elder care, and make recommendations and countermeasures.
