In 2009, since the implementation of the new health care reform program in Beijing, "difficulty" and "expensive" treats of Beijing residents got a large degree of ease. The entire medical standards is in a leading position in the country. But Beijing is an area with a relatively large gap between urban and rural district. Especially the five suburban counties are positioned as ecological conservation area in the regional development planning. The level of economic development is lower, and the development of medical and health services is also lower than the city average level. In this paper,based on Yanqing Counties'case, through questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation and problems of development of medical and health services in suburban districts and counties in Beijing and provide recommendations for the planning of the medical program develop in the next step. <<
