In Beijing 2012, the important events happened is basically completed the renovation of 50 urban villages in rural-urban continuum. This indicates that the development of rural-urban continuum has entered a new period. This paper mainly from the analysis of the demographic characteristics of the urban village——the dualistic structure of "native–outlander", through the case study of urban villages, points out that the problem of urban village renovation. There is the problem of new citizen cultivation for native, also have the problem of Service and management for outlander. An important topic is to promote the transformation of "native-outlander" relationship in the new period. <<
