Under the Chinese economy new normal，china’s real estate market has entered a state of new normal. This paper summarizes the six main characteristics of the new normal development of the real estate market，discuss how to adapt to real estate market new normal from the market point of view，and put through reform and innovation to lead the new normal of the real estate market development. It aim to support macroeconomic stability by micro dynamic，expand demand by supply innovation，achieve optimization of aggregate equilibrium by structure adjustment，and promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
