根据测算，2013年安徽省社会发展指数为0。34，较2012年有所下降。安徽省各个地区的排名较2012年也有不同程度的变化，其中，铜陵市、黄山市、池州市、芜湖市、宣城市在全省排名中保持前五的位置不变，后三位依旧是阜阳市、宿州市和亳州市，其他地市则有不同程度的上升或下降。其中，合肥市社会发展指数由2012年的0。4下降到2013年的0。36，相应排名也下降了三位。
<<Based on computing，SDI of Anhui Province in 2013 is 0.36，lower than that of 2012. The SDI’s ranking in various regions also has some changes compared with 2012. Among them，the top five were still in Tongling，Huangshan，Chizhou，Wuhu and Xuancheng，following by the other three，which were still in Fuyang，Suzhou and Bozhou，other cities have varying degrees of rise or fall. It is worth pointing out that the SDI of Hefei decreased from 0.4 in 2012 to 0.36 in 2013. In addition，the corresponding ranking also fell by three places.
