Needless to say，employment and social security are very important for the sustainable development of economy and society. As an agricultural and populous province in the underdeveloped areas in central China，Anhui faces the employment，and social security situation will be more complex and more difficult task than ever before. This report briefly reviews the initiatives and results of Anhui province in 2013-2014，and through the rational thinking of the problem，puts forward the reform in rural areas of Anhui with some basic ideas and suggestions for further development.
