Implementation of the funeral beneficial policies, perfection the funeral rescue security mechanisms, and promotion equal access to basic services are important contents to construct universal-type social welfare system. An all-around funeral welfare system was preliminary established in Shenzhen after several years of practice and exploration. This article reviews the development of beneficial funeral in Shenzhen, and analyzes the current favorable conditions and constraints in the implementation of the policy. At last, the author gives some advices about how to further improve the funeral policies of benefiting people. <<
