Under the guidance and direction of "Guiding comments of enhancing the innovation and facilitating the development of the funeral industry" of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Jiangsu province has implemented the funeral beneficial policies with full coverage by five conferences, five typical cases, and five issued documents. It laid a foundation for the further deepening of the funeral reform. The practice of funeral beneficial policies also led to a lot of thinking, e.g. the starting point of the policy, the design of the framework, the functions of the government and the absence of relevant laws. <<
