商事登记制度又称企业登记制度，是一国市场主体管理和维护市场经济秩序的基本规则和依据。本文在梳理和回顾我国企业商事登记制度发展历程的基础上，分析了商事登记制度改革的内容和特点，明确了企业信用体系建设对我国商事登记制度改革的基础性作用，指出今后我国商事登记制度改革的方向，应在提高监督效果、完善信息披露和加强部门联动等方面不断深化。
<<Business registration system，also known as the enterprise registration system，which is the basic rules and foundation of the market management and maintenance of the market economic order in a state. On the basis of reviewing the business registration system development in our country，the article analyzed the content and features of the reform of business registration system，and cleared the fundamental role of construction of enterprises credit system to this reform. Then the paper pointed out the direction of the business registration reform，which was improving the supervision results，improving disclosure and strengthening sector linkages.
