Canada is the 13th largest trade partner of China，and China is the second largest trade partner of Canada. In recent years，their bilateral economic and trade relations develop rapidly and get closer and closer. Especially after China’s entry into WTO，bilateral goods trade is developing rapidly with rising’s volume and big changing structure. In 2014，Canada approved “Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement（FIPA）”，which further strengthen bilateral economic and trade relations. And trade between China and Canada will maintain a growth momentum. But at the same time，it is also facing fierce competition and challenge from other regional organizations and countries.
