This paper introduces the background and motivation of developing Health Care Industry（HCI），the framework and industrial system of HCI. The significance of HCI to promote economic transition is explained，status and situation of HCI is analyzed，main issues faced in developing HCI are discussed，and overall thinking of HCI development in the future is described. Finally，suggestion and recommendations are proposed for the development of key health care related industries.
