The survey shows 70.6 per cent women go back to work after their maternity leave. 82.7 per cent return to their original working unit. 87.4 per cent agree that a mother should be financially independent. 50.4 per cent mothers spend one-hour nursing time. 26.1 women breast pump and prepare milk for their babies while working. 15.6 per cent working units provide nursing rooms. Spending on baby products cost 4281.5 yuan，amounting to 23.3 per cent of their family income. With their children，51.1 per cent women feel life better and 66.8 per cent become happier despite hard work.
