The financial support has a practical significance to the development of the economic transformation in the Jiyuan city. Based on the social and economic data between the year of 2004 and 2013 from Jiyuan，by using the linear model and the error correction model，this article analyzes the problem of financial support in the process of economic transformation in Jiyuan. And the conclusion that：generally，the financial support the development of the economic transformation in Jiyuan efficiently，while the support efficiency for the third industry and high-tech industry still exist deficiencies，and faced the deep-seated problem of irrational credit structure and credit insufficient，but agriculture-credit has a certain role in promoting the development of the urbanization and high technology. Therefore，needed to strengthen the construction of financial system，expand the financing channels to the development of industry，optimize the financial credit structure，and deepening the reform of rural finance，so as to promote the development of economic transformation in Jiyuan city.
