The reform of rural property right system has been carried out in recent years. Under the main content of the “six-right，two-shares，two-change，two-building”，Jiyuan adhered to the pilot，regulated the operation process，and confirmed the “six-right” at the same time. The reform has been promoted the flow of property right，activated the rural production factors in rural areas，awakened the sleeping capital，and protected the farmers property rights. The practice of Jiyuan has important reference value and enlightening significance to promote the reform of the rural property right system of the whole Henan province.
