This report begins with introduction of the important role non-governmental forces play in ecological construction. Then it analyses the structure of non-governmental forces in Sichuan province，discusses how the forces take part in ecological construction，points out the related support policies and the existing problems，and expounds the typical events of ecological construction in 2013. Finally the report borrows ideas from models home and broad，takes into account the development trend of non-governmental forces’ participation in ecological construction，and puts forward suggestions，from the aspects of government’s role orientation，NGOs’ creative participation，enterprises’ performance of ‘green’ duty and citizens’ role-playing as driving force，on how to further promote ecological construction.
