China always positively carrying out the international environmental conventions which it has signed approved or joined. Be carrying out international environmental conventions at provincial level，which has played a major role in Sichuan ecological construction. This chapter introduces important events on this area in Sichuan and analyses achievements，problems and the cause of the problems，also introduces practices of major provinces and good experience of major country. By comparing other provinces，Sichuan has own potential and advantages .Finally，it provided future suggestions on carrying out the international environmental conventions to promoting Sichuan ecological construction.
