Based on the information closures from government and data by interviewing，this paper analyses profile of ecotourism development，the relationship between ecotourism development，and the construction of well-off society in Sichuan. 11 major events related to ecotourism have been selected. And it summarizes the effects，a few problems facing development of Sichuan’s ecotourism in 2014 and put forward suggestions. Finally，it discusses ecotourism development outlook in Sichuan to 2015.
