Comprehensively implementing the system of openness of judicial affairs and constructing an open，dynamic and convenient mechanism of administration of justice under the sun is an important safeguard for eliminating judicial corruption，ensuring judicial fairness，and establishing public trust in the judicial system. In recent years，the politics and law system of Sichuan Province has kept pace with the information time，and carried out useful explorations in the implementation of the openness of adjudicative，procuratorial，police and prison affairs. This report examines the progresses and existing problems in the implementation of the openness of judicial affairs by Sichuan Province，and puts forward suggestions on further deepening the openness of judicial affairs.
