夫妻冲突是夫妻之间互动关系中的必然产物,从传统社会到现代社会一直是一种关注性较高的社会现象。本文借助社会变迁理论,通过浙江省夫妻冲突的典型个案来分析现代社会夫妻冲突的模式。通过个案分析总结,将夫妻冲突划分为五种模式:家庭关系冲突型、角色失调冲突型、社会资源冲突型、感情信任危机型和价值观念冲突型。每一种模式以具有典型性特点的案例作为个案支撑,采用案主分享的形式对夫妻冲突划分的五种模式进行解读。冲突的存在,客观上不利于和谐家庭关系的建立,因此在模式分类的基础上,从女性视角出发针对婚姻冲突提出了四个方面的对策建议,即准确把握角色要求,积极适应多重角色;加强夫妻情感沟通,积极回应家庭需求;不断提升个人素养,逐步提高个人品位;善于转移矛盾焦点,积极争取社会支撑。总之,从功能结构的角度看,本文认为家庭生活也应该允许适度冲突存在,这对于推进夫妻关系的持续发展将产生积极影响。
<<Social conflict is the inevitable outcome of interaction between husband and wife. It is a social phenomenon which has been focused in traditional society. With the aid of social change theory,this essay analyses couple conflict model by means of typical case-study in Zhejiang Province,and thus divides the conflict into five patterns:family relationship conflict,role imbalance conflict,resource allocation conflict,emotional crisis of confidence conflict and value concept conflict. Couple conflict goes against harmonious family,the writer therefore presents four countermeasures and suggestions from female point of view:accurately grasp role requirement and accommodate multiple parts;enhance emotion communication between husband and wife,and give positive respond to family requisition;promote individual attainment and improve personal taste;transfer contradiction focus and get social support. From the prospective functional structure,the author summarizes that conflict can exist in families but within a moderate range,which has positive influence on continuous improvement of conjugal relation.
