Values on love and marriage，which are important content of family and social morality，have crucial effect on the social stability and development. Female college students are the future mainstay of family and social development，and being in the period of whose values on love and marriage are establishing gradually and becoming mature. To a large extent，their idea and view of love and marriage influence them to take responsibility and obligation of future marriage，family and society，which also indicates the development trend of marriage and family to the whole society in the future and affect the basic quality of the nation and the stability，harmony and development of the society. Through the questionnaire investigation and field research of Hangzhou female college students，we find the female college students’ values on love and marriage appear new characteristics and development trends compared to the traditional values on love and marriage，and the views on love，marriage and sex show the conservativeness and openness co-existence，with the characteristics of perceptual and rational. On the basis of female college students’ healthy values on love and marriage，there are also a lot of unhealthy tendencies which deserved attention. On the basis of empirical investigation，this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to guide healthy values on love and marriage of female college students in Hangzhou.
