城市的文化形象涉及城市生活的方方面面,由丰富多元的元素构成。不同于城市的经济、生态等可以看得见的直观形象,文化形象是一种无形的、内在的力量,表述着城市的内涵与特色,体现着城市的灵魂与精髓。为了相对客观地呈现广大公众对我国主要城市文化形象的评价,上海交通大学舆情研究实验室社会调查中心采用“随机电话号码拨号”(RDD)的抽样方法,邀请全国各地的3600名受访者对36个城市的文化形象(包括历史文化底蕴、教育水平、国际化、时尚、娱乐生活、美食、美女七个指标)进行综合评价。并在分析调查结果的基础上,总结出塑造和提升城市文化形象的策略和建议。
<<Cultural Identity of the city is related to all aspects of city life,composed by rich and diverse elements. It is more like an invisible inner strength that represents the features and connotation and embodies the spirit and essence of the city rather than some visualized things such as economy,eco-environment and so on. In order to objectively present the public evaluation of cultural identities of the major cities In China,a “random telephone number dialing”(RDD)sampling method was used. 3600 respondents were invited to evaluate the cultural identities of 36 different cities,which involved eight aspects such as the historical and cultural deposits,education levels,internationalization,fashion,entertainment,food,beauties and tourism. The report comes to a conclusion by offering strategies and proposals on how to shape and improve the city image on the basis of survey analysis.
