With the development of economy and society，the migration movement has become a normal state of modern society. Increasingly frequent population flow has made active contributions to the economic development. However，how to make migrant workers better involved in the city has become an inevitable problem in the process of urbanization. In this survey，we make investigations into and interviews with the migrant workers of Yanzhuang of Zhengzhou City，conduct further analysis and review，and come up with some suggestions and solutions. It will help the migrant workers integrated into urban life and transformed into urban residents，thus realize their citizenization.
